Shipping Policy

Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Delivery - We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard Delivery — Estimated 3-5 business days

Express Delivery — Estimated 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

Order Tracking  - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Orders  - If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Some items are dispatched directly from our supplier and may have different delivery timeframes to those stated above. Estimated delivery times for these items will be indicated on the product page or at checkout. Supplier-fulfilled orders are subject to the same quality standards, and any delivery issues should be reported to us at sales@langleycards.co.uk and we will resolve them on your behalf.
